RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have used less than 2/3 of the bottle or tube. If the product is not purchased directly from Jurlique, we will still accept the return for a credit in our online store for equal value on non-expired products. Regretfully, we are unable to accept returns on expired products. There is no refund for shipping costs.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, you should contact Jurlique Customer Care immediately at 020 8987 8765 to notify us of the situation. We will ship you a replacement.
