    • Returns Policy

      Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.

      All merchandise must be accompanied by the packing list and in unused, saleable condition. Only products purchased on Jurlique.co.uk may be returned for refund. Jurlique products purchased from all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. No refunds or exchanges can be given on promotional items.

      We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return, customers are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges. Please contact us immediately for assistance with damaged items.

      Returns Procedure

      Please email CustomerCare@Jurlique.co.uk or call +44 020 3205 3845 to receive a Return Authorization Number and reference your Jurlique.co.uk order number in your request.

      All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used at time of purchase within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. There are no cash refunds. Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
